Rules to qualify for the monthly XBOX 360 Grand Prize Draw.

All winners must be and prove to be over the age of 18 years old.

Affiliates must produce a minimum of €100 commission in any one month to automatically qualify for entry into our monthly XBOX 360 competition.

The month you have reached the minimum of €100 in commission, you name will be added to all the affiliates that have qualified in that same month. On or around the 15thof the following month SMSMOVIES will select a name at random that will be the winner of the XBOX 360.

If you didnt win but you have again made commission over €100 in any month, again your name will be added to the next draw the following month. As long as you keep making the minumim commission month on month and your account is still active, you will alway have a chance to win an XBOX 360.

Any affiliate found to have more than one account or linking 2 or more separate affiliate accounts together will be disqualified from the draw.

All affiliate accounts must be active and sending visitors to their Referral ID. Suspended or inactive accounts will not be included in the draw.

Affiliates must supply the following valid information. Accounts with missing / wrong contact information will not be included in the XBOX 360 draw. Please review your contact information. To qualify, SMSMOVIES must have the following:

 A. Your full name (No nick names please.)
 B. Contact phone number(s)
 C. Full private / business address (No Po Box's) - used for delivery of prize.
 D. A valid and working email address

All newly qualified affiliates will be automatically included into the XBOX 360 Grand Draw the following month of qualification.

The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible accounts.

Winner notification

The monthly winner will be notified by email. If the winner's e-mail is invalid, or we do not receive a response within seven days, we will choose another winner.

Winners will fax a copy of their identification (passport, birth certificate or driving licence as proof of account ownership.

SMSMOVIES can publish the first name, city, state and country of all winners. This information will be used only to announce the prize winners on the SMSMOVIE affiliate website.

The judges decision is final

Previous winner re-entry

All winners will not be entered into another prize for 4 months before they can qualify for the competition again.

A previous winner must qualify again by producing a minimum of €100 the month before they will be entered once again into the Grand Prize Draw.

Offered prize

No substitutions to the main prize are permitted except if the original prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. The Prize is not redeemable for cash. The Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable except to a surviving spouse

All prizes will be purchased in the country of the winner and despatched via courier or recorded delivery.

Except as specifically provided herein, Prize does not include taxes, insurance, telephone charges, personal expenses, gratuities, incidental charges, or any other item not specifically described in these Official Rules, and all expenses for any of the foregoing are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

Agreeing to the rules

Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of SMSMOVIES, and release SMSMOVIES  and their affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Grand Prize Draw, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Prize Draw or use or redemption of the prize. SMSMOVIES is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or administration of the Prize Draw.

General Conditions

If for any reason this Prize Draw is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the SMSMOVIES which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Prize Draw, SMSMOVIES reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize Draw. Should this Prize Draw be terminated, SMSMOVIES reserves the right to select potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the action requiring such termination. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer system, server, or service providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by SMSMOVIES on account of technical problems, human error or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer equipment relating to or resulting from participation in this Prize Draw. In the event of a dispute as to who should receive the prize, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorised account holder" is defined as the person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organisation responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address in question.
